The Villa has three TV with satellite connection and channels in English and Italian. One TV is in the main House, one in the wing-house and one in the cottage

Every bedroom is equipped with cabled internet access (Ethernet cables are provided at the foyer upon arrival). Wi-Fi connection is available in every areas areas of the villa and in the patio

Two hours daily cleanings bedrooms and bathrooms

The time of the daily cleanings is decided with the guests (typically between 10:00 and 12:00). This includes the cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms, the cleaning of the common areas is not included in the price. On Wednesday towels in the bathrooms will be replaced.

Heating
City tax

The City Tax is to be paid cash at the end of your stay. It's 1 euro per person per day, up to a maximum of 5 euros per person.
Cash deposit in case of damages to the property

The cash deposit of 500 euros (or 500 USD) will be fully refunded if no damage has been caused to the property. Guests and Owners fill out a written form upon arrival to guarantee the full refund of the deposit in case of no damage.
