The Villa
Main Villa
The Villa is made up by three adjacent houses, renovated in 2010, for a total of 810 m² and able to house up to 24 guests.
The main building is the result of the recent renovation of an authentic medieval watchtower, first established in the 14th century by the Florentine army. It has two floors and 7 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The ground floor has a fully accessorized kitchen, a dining room that can accommodate up to 26 hosts, a small living room, a TV room with satellite TV and a guest bathroom with laundry.
Secondary Villa
The secondary building (wing-house) has two floors, just like the main one. The ground floor has a kitchen, a guest bathroom, a living room and a bedroom with its own bathroom. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
Cottage
The Cottage, has a kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom and a bedroom. It has easy access for wheelchairs.
Garden and Swimming pool
Outside the Villa offers a barbecue area, a wood fired oven, a gazebo with a wooden table (up to 26 guests), and a relax area with tables, comfortable armchairs, and sunshades.
The swimming pool size is 16x9 m with infinity edge. The pool area presents a gazebo, a small fridge, deck chairs, recliners, and showers. Close to it there’s a space where kids and teens can play. The Villa has 3 gates and 2 private parking lots.
